Tax Collection

Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes are due January 31, 2010

Taxes are due January 31, 2010 to the Town Treasurer. If paying in installments, the second installment is due July 31, 2010 to the FdL County Treasurer, P.O. Box 1515, Fond du Lac, WI 54936-1515. 

Tax payments can be mailed to the following any time by January 31st:

When paying by mail, please return the appropriate tax bill stub along with your check and a self-addressed stamped envelope. The Town will follow Fond du Lac County procedure and will only mail receipts IF a self-addressed stamped envelope is enclosed.

Paying by mail is encouraged to avoid waiting in line.  If you prefer to pay in person, I will be collecting taxes at the Town Hall during the following hours:

Wednesday, December 30, 2009       2:00 – 6:00

Saturday, January 30, 2010               9:00 – 1:00

For more accurate record keeping, please pay by check or money order.

Farm Land Preservation

Property owners are no longer required to obtain an annual certificate if there has been no change in their property ownership during the year. However, if the property owner purchased or sold land during the year, a new certificate needs to be issued. Please notify me of any changes prior to paying your taxes.
